Default Had a hysterectomy and now it is harder to lose weight?

I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago and I am having so much trouble loseing weight. I am only 28 years old and I didn't think it would affect me that much after the surgery. What can I do to help this, or can someone give me some info on some diet pills or vitamins that could assist me in the fight to lose weight after the surgery?
