Default Hysterectomy or not??

I am thinking about getting a hysterectomy. I am done having kids, so thats not an issue. I have mild to sever back pain, my Dr. wants me to go to PT 4 times a week before doing an MRI, X-ray says I have degenerative bone arthritis. Anyone know if having a hyster would help with back pain?? I really don't have the time for PT, so just taking meds that only mask the pain temporarily.I am actually already in the process of having the hyster this winter because of other concerns my Dr. has. Not because of back pain. I was just wondering if it would help at all.

No it will not help with the pain, but it will play hell with your emotions.
