Hysterectomy vs Myomectomy ??

why doctors would rather perform hysterectomy vs myomectomy for fibroids. why take out good organs, rather than just take the fibroids out of an otherwise good uterus ? why is myomectomy reserved for patient with fertility desires ?
could there be insurance payment benefits to doctors doing a hysterectomy ?
