Default i just had hysterectomy bilateral salpingo oophorectomy 3 months ago. Now i feel my
body heats up so much? and sweats a lot. I even wake up from sleep due to sweating and feeling so warm. How long will I suffer from this hot flashes?

Well my doctor told me it would be 1 year. I have just passed the 2 year mark and the flashes have lessened but are still there.

You are going through menopause because you no longer have your ovaries. It could last a while. Read up on menopause. It will help.
