Any natural relief for endometriosis that won't interfere with my fertility?

I am 22 and have had endometriosis for 2 years. Last I knew i was in stage 2. All my dr wants me to do is go on birth control to lessen the pain but my husband and I are trying to get pregnant before my fertility is wiped out. Any advice?
