Default Question about Endometriosis?

I had Laparoscopy, Hystroscopy and D&C in Feb 2007, along with Colonoscopy and EGD. Ob/gyn said I have Endo, but he said he didn't remove it or any adhesions, he just said to see a fertility spec. I went back to ask a few questions and he said that I did NOT have it (but it is mentioned in his written report). Seen my gastro doc right after (still had my Laparo pics with me) and even he said I DID have Endo, as well as numerous adhesions and wanted to know why none of it was removed... only I don't know why it wasn't. Can't get any answers.
I'm not being treated for anything, as I wasn't given anything for the Endo, nor was anything removed. Ob/Gyn also noted that there was very little endometrial tissue removed during the D&C.
I really need some advice as I've been going through this since March/April of 2006 and nothing has changed for the better, it's just getting worse... whatever is wrong.
How can I find someone in Michigan that will help me figure out what IS wrong?
