I'm having laproscopy surgery in a couple weeks for the second time for my endometriosis. I have a wedding 3 weeks after the surgery in which I am a bridesmaid and I was wondering what healthy foods to eat after the surgery. The first time I had surgery in highschool I gained like 5 lbs and I can't afford to do that this time since my dress is being made right now and can't be altered again. I have been exercising and losing weight the past few months for this event and I would hate to try on my dress and it doesn't fit. Any healthy suggestions so I can stay fit before the wedding??
