Default Endometriosis?

I'm hearing alot about endometriosis. I'm just wondering how you all discovered you had it. I had spotting for 2 weeks, just brown blood, that quit on the 13th of this month. And still to this day have abdominal cramps and severe lower back pain. And yesterday felt odd pain in my belly. Only when I pushed on it slightly. My periods have always been irregular and insanely painful in my abdomen. Anybody care to share their experience? I'd like to know the symptoms, and other things like PVOS I could possibly have, and their symptoms. My doc appointment got pushed back to Friday, but...I'd like some information prior. Thank you!
