I've been dealing with endometriosis and cramps for years. Lot's of treatments..anyway I'm on the depo shot now and it wears off before the next one. I've been have some cramps and was wondering if anyone had any non-drug ways to ease off the pain. I've taken aleve but naproxen messes with my stomach so I like to avoid it as much as possible.
When are my cramps? with the depo about a month before the next shot. Without I hurt throughout the month on my right side (ovarian cysts) and the first day of my period I can't get out of bed. The Lupron I have done for the full year and had a laparoscopy twice...
