Default can pregnancy symptoms come and go?

Hi
I am 9 wks tomorrow
Going to see my midwife for my first appointment.
For the last 2 weeks i have been feeling really sick, cant eat!
This week the sickness has been replaced with period type pains just above my pubic bone and a stretching sensation in my sides.

Is this normal, am scared of miscarrying!

xxx

Yes in 9 months they will compleately disappears. 6 weeks is kinda early for symptoms to disappear. Usually they don't go away until the second trimester. I would definately check in with your doctor just to be on the safe side.
Good Luck..!!!
