Default Can cervical cancer affect an unborn child?

If a women finds out she has precancerous cells on her cervix then ends up pregnant while she still has them (before they get lasered off), will it affect the unborn child?

Hi, I am not sure about this. You would have to see a doctor and see if there would be a problem about affecting the unborn child. I hope not!! My mom had cancer of the cervix and didn't know until it was to late. So please make sure you get the treatment to kill the precancer cells. My mom had horrible pain before she passed on. I don't want to see anyone go threw what my mom did. Take care and congrats to you mommy.poppy1
