Question Cervical Cyst? Any thoughts on Vitalzym?

Ok so about 1-2 years ago I had an iud put in and my doctor told me I had a cyst on my cervix. She told me it was benign and not to worry about it. Ok so the other day I was doing my regular check as you do when you have an iud and I felt the bump! I have never felt it before it must be the size of the tip of my pinky finger. So I have called the doctor and I am going in on tuesday. I will also mention that I have been having a bit of bleeding after my period finishes around the time of ovulation and mild cramping.

Can a cyst turn cancerous? Has anyone had any experience with Vitalzym? The enzyme cleanse that is suppose to rid the body of scar tissue, lumps, clean the liver/blood, etc... I found some links online about it and I would prefer to try a natural route first then to go under the knife. Any thoughts? Any experiences??

Thank you!
