Default Bleeding After Sex... Caused by Treatments?

Within the past 2 months I have had a cervical biopsy and a freezing treatment done to eliminate abnormal cells in my cervix due to HPV. I waited at least 3 weeks until having sex again. It has been about a month or two now, and I have just started to notice spotting after sex. I thought it was because of the treatments I've been through. But recently after sex there was very heavy bleeding that has continued to spot for a couple days. My partner has been tested for STDs and I was just tested as well a couple months ago. Should I be worried??

definitely get ahold of your OBGYN...it could just be some dryness or something.
