Default Nabothian Cyst vs. Cervical Cancer?!?

Ok, so a while ago I had a bump on my cervix. No bleeding, no pain, nothing, so i figured it must just be a nabothian cyst. Well, i just went in for a pap smear and they said i have hpv and mild displaysia so i need to go in for a coloscopy and biopsy. well now, i have more bumps on my cervix close together. Sex was somewhat painful at some times. The bumps are hard; harder than the rest of my cervix.

What do you think?
Can a nabothian cyst affect a pap smear?

I know nothing about this so help please!

Thanks!

A Nabothian cyst should not affect a pap smear. I have the link to a site that may help you find even more information. The link is at:
