...worried about cancer? I am 25, and just had a baby 7 months ago. I have a cyst. I don't know anything about it but I have one. My mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and ended up having chemo and a historectomy. Should I be worried? My MD perscribed some hormones and hopes it will shrink it!

Aww you poor girl you must be really worried. BUT DON'T BE! I read that 90% of women have at least one ovarian cyst in their lifetime. Most women don't even know that they have them until they become very large or get twisted. Don't worry I'm sure your OBGYN must have faith its no big deal if they ordered hormones instead of testing!
