Why would you jump to cancer. Anemia can cause bouts of dizziness and if you've been bleeding for a month, you probably are anemic. You should see your doctor. Also, diarrhea for a month? What are you waiting for? See your doctor.

I've never heard that PCO has been definitively linked to ovarian cancer, but even so, it sounds like you're having a serious health issue and should see your doctor immedietely to be checked out for something if not ovarian cancer.
