Default ovaries cancer?

Do you know anyone survive ovaries cancer for more than 5 yrs after diagnose? How long further than 5 yrs is the most? What to do to reach that goal? Is there any special medicine or method to do to live through that long? What the chance of reach 5 yrs and more when diagnosed in the 3rd stage?

my ex-wifehas that andshe was diagnosed when she was 17 and shes 25 now dont belive all the doctors say
