i have pcos and am trying to get pregnant and i was told that being on this diet and loosing weight will up my chances. because i've been trying for over three years with meds and no luck.

I have PCOS as well and I believe it's similar to a diabetis diet, but I know a lot of women have had good luck with South Beach diet.

have you been to the website www.soulcysters.com. This is a website for women with PCOS and you can find out all types of stuff about PCOS and they also have the diets and people who are on there that TTC with PCOS! They have a message board too! It is really neat!!!
