I'm taking LoEstrin 24 Fe, this is my 5th month on it. Last month I had a period lasting 1 day and some spotting about a week later once starting the hormone pills of the next pack. I finished my 5th pack yesterday and haven't even begun spotting. I've heard that its not uncommon to miss periods on the pill, especially LoEstrin but I'm still worried. I was wondering if having PCOS can effect periods while on the pill? I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 15 and hadn't started periods. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
