Ladies, please HELP! PCOS Pregnant?

First of all: I have PCOS. I don't ovulate regularly.
I started on Metformin in Feb 07
and Yasmin BC in June 07
until Nov 07.

I still don't know if I ovulate but:
I missed my period (which could be because I stopped BC)
Nausea
Headaches
Cramps
Sharp pains in lower stomach
Discharge

I know...I know. I'm on my way to the doctor right now, but what do you think. I'll let you know if you were right.
