I was diagnosed with PCOS 12 years ago (I'm now 28). I'm on Metformin and it is not regulating me. My OB/GYN wants to put me on Clomid but I was wondering if anyone that has this has gotten pregnant without fertility meds and instead took like certain vitamins or something a little more natural. And if there's a way to regulate my period besides Metformin and/or birth control. I've asked my doctor but his only answer is the Clomid. I'd appreciate any suggestions that you ladies have (or men who's wives have PCOS).
