I now have a 8mnth old daughter and because i thought i needed the pills if i ever had another baby i didnt take any precaustions with my hubby and am now 3mnths pregnant with baby number 2. ussually with PCOS you aren't producing mature follicles (eggs). the clomid stimulates a hormone in the brain to make eggs. i did 50mg, it did not work, but 100mg did help produce a mature egg. whatever you do having PCOS sucks when your trying to concieve, just don't lose hope, it may take a while... but hopefully not.

I would suggest you google for details on clomid. It really has a different effect on different people. It never worked for me. Many people have success with it and more don't.
