This is a very long discourse! Why don't you try to enter the site of a University or the USDA and get informed? How old are you? From your question, you seem very young. So, calcium(Ca) is the secret in this story. You have to eat food reach in Ca,like milk, cheese, yoghurt, ecc.if you haven't any intollerance in milk proteins. You can also find the DDA(daily recommended doses)in these sites. I don't want to be very long, just take care on this:it is not enough to take the correct amount of a nutrient; our organism must be able to metabolize it and to assimilate it.For example, for Ca, it is indispensable the presence of vitamin D.And our tyroid, a gland that you have in our throught, well functioning. There is also a specific category of antibiotics that "binds" Ca. And they are common antibiotics, I mean they are getting prescribed frequently.During the therapy with this kind of medicines, a smaller amount of Ca is getting assimilated in our body.Keep in mind also that if you drink coffee in big quantities you might be in danger for osteoporosis.Life style is very important and you assimilate better Ca before the 35th year of your age than after. This is very important to know. And remember that you have always to cross the informations found in the sites with a specialist, who is a real person and he can give you the consultation, especially when other health problems exist.Or talk just about prevention.Katerina
