You have to go to a doctor to find out. But, I know for a fact that progesterone (spelling?) cream helps, and even increases your bone growth. Arbonne International sells some good cream. You should look in your area for a seller.

You can get an ultrasound of your bones to see if they are thin. I have had this done at health fairs for little or no cost. It's quick, easy and painless. It won't tell you if you have bone loss, but it will tell you about the density of your bones - if they are thin. It's a good place to start.
