You've been to the homeopaths again, haven't you?
Fibromyalgia is not a proven illness, sugar, but doping yourself on pain killers is.
Try exercise and calcium tabs to strengthen bones and muscle. If that's too dang tough, then go lie in the tub until you are flabby enough to flow away down the drain with the rest of the slop.

Fibromyalgia is a very real and painful disease!! Dont ever let anyone tell you different. I suffer with it as well so I know it is real.

As for pain managemnt...I use Aleve Liqui-gels. If the pain doesnt get better with that, then I have a prescription that I use.

You can also do stretching exercises that really helps alot. Have you talked to your doctor about physical therapy? That would be a great way to go. You should also learn meditation. I have done that and it has helped a whole lot.

I also had the benefit of having a sister wwho was a lisenced massage therapist. But if you cant afford that, then you can find someone who would do it for you as a favor. The key is to learn all the trigger points. Go Google "fibromyalgia". You will f ind tons of info on it. WebMD also has a great chart that shows all of the trigger points. Those will be the areas to concentrate on while getting the massage.

Goodluck. I know how painful this is.
