Default Osteoporosis and Crohns disease?

Im 33 Year Old,i Have Crohns Disease,i Just Find Out That I Have Osteoporosis On My Lumbar Spinei Cant Take Celebrex And Old The Other Medicine........what Can I Do To Prevent Lossing More Bone Density?

Celebrex is n antiinflamatory pain med, has nothig todo with bulding bone mass. There are 3 main drugs for bone mass, Actonal, Boniva and Micicalicin sprsy. Talk to your dr. about thse.
