At what age should a woman start taking an osteroporosis pill (Boniva etc.)? Do you have to wait until you are diagnosed with osteoporosis before you take something or can you take it before it develops?

Actually in any ages theres a possiblity that you could have this type of diseases and if am not mistaken this was also could be inherit or in birth. But you can avoid this, in just drinking a glass of milk a day would be a big help to prevent or to have a osteoporosis diseases. but it was usuallly hit at the age of 50 and most of this have are womens.

I know there's a milk that you can drink which help on preventing osteoporosis.

I agree with the Michell3z because there is no limitation for this type of diseases. As Michell3z suggest you have to take a glass of milk in a day would be a big help to prevent or to have a osteoproses diseases. I just want to say you have to Add one apple with the glass of milk because it is also very helpfull to prevent.
