i just found out that i have Osteoporosis i find out today how my bone density test came out. they have me on 1500mg of caluicum, 800mg of vitiam d and 400 mg of magnesia. i am 46 yrs old and was wonderin if this will limit me to lifting and taking care of grandchildren?

Hi there. You are very young to be diagnosed with this. You will be OK to lift lighter things but do not over strain and be careful of falling. Load bearing exercise is really good for your condition, as it will help strengthen your bones along with the supplements. I wear ankle weights all day long, to start with they were hard work but I gradually increased the amount of time I wore them for and now I were them all day and do not even notice them. Good luck
