If you are taking strontium citrate for osteoporosis, what are your results?
My wife, who used to take Fosamax, is now taking strontium for her osteoporosis. She had horrible side effects after only six months on Fosamax, which included nausea, dizziness, chest pain, and malaise.
She is taking Drs. Best Strontium Bone Maker (strontium citrate), two 340 (as strontium) mg caps per day. She is also taking 1500 mg calcium, 500 mg magnesium, 1000 IU Vitamin D, as well as complete multivitamin/mineral supplemenation.
If you are taking strontium for your osteoporosis, have you had any side effects and has your Dexa-Scan results and bone pain shown improvement? We have already researched the clinical trial results for strontium renelate (approved in EU for osteoporosis), so we just want your personal experience and results. Thanks.
